Karma ability skill order
  1. Q (Inner Flame): Levels 1, 4, 5, 7, 9
  2. W (Focused Resolve): Levels 2, 8, 10, 12, 13
  3. E (Inspire): Levels 3, 14, 15, 17, 18
  4. R (Mantra): Levels 6, 11, 16

Karma General Playstyle:

  • Laning Phase: Karma excels in the early game with her poke and utility. Use your Q to poke and zone enemies. Combine it with your R for enhanced damage and a slow. Use W to root aggressive enemies or to peel for your ADC. E provides a shield and movement speed, making it great for trades or escapes.
  • Mid Game: Roam with your jungler or mid laner to secure objectives and vision. Your R+E combo can provide a team-wide shield and speed boost, making it great for engaging or disengaging.
  • Late Game: Stick with your team. Your primary role is to provide utility with your shields, roots, and poke. In teamfights, use R+E for AoE shields or R+Q for AoE damage.

Farming:

As a support, you shouldn't be farming minions. Instead, focus on poking the enemy and securing vision. However, if your ADC is absent, you can last-hit minions to ensure they don't go to waste.

Teamfights:

Stay in the backline, shielding allies and using your W to peel for your carries. Use R+Q for AoE damage or R+E for a team-wide shield.

Objectives:

  • Dragon: Secure vision around the dragon pit. Use your poke to zone enemies and your shields to protect allies.
  • Baron: Similar to Dragon, but be more cautious as fights around Baron can be game-deciding.

Karma Matchups:

  • Bad Matchup:
  • Yuumi: Extremely challenging. Yuumi can play aggressively without much punishment. When using Focused Resolve, target the enemy carry, not Yuumi. Consider building Chemtech Putrifier first. If Yuumi has a synergistic comp (e.g., Hecarim, Viego, Kayn), it's tough to win.
  • Good Synergy:
  • Caitlyn: Caitlyn's long-range and poke combined with Karma's abilities can dominate the laning phase. Both can set up crowd control combos effectively.

This was Karma’s ultimate mid guide for patch.
