What does a Valorant coach do?

Valorant coaches help their students to rank up. Now this can be broken down in 2 parts.

-The first session tends to be a "current status" check, meaning you will be reviewing the current rank of your student as well as talking about their rank ambitions. If the student already knows a few of his weaknesses, awesome!

-VOD Valorant gameplay review. The main focus of these reviews is on crosshair placement, clearing parts of a map, positioning, ability usage, and team economy. Each of these sub-points is super important in Valorant.

Requirement:

1)Recording tool for your student such as Gazoom's recording tool

2)VOD Reviewing tool for you as a coach to best review your student's gameplay.

Your student needs a recording like Gazoom to capture their entire game so that you can review it. You can use Gazoom's VOD review to review the recording and draw on top of the gameplay and leave reviews. Later you share this review with your students with a simple link.

What is important to pay attention to while reviewing Valorant gameplay?

While you review your student's recordings with them, it is always important to ask them first how they could have handled a certain situation better, before guiding them to the right answer. This tends to be for clearing corners, which corner they should have cleared first. Most of the time there is always a corner you should clear first due to having cover.

Pay extra attention to the following:

Crosshair placement

-did they aim for the head?

-did they position the crosshair before swinging angles?

-did they peak angle by angle?

Positioning

 - how did they peek an angle

 - how did they hold that angle

 - did they overexpose themselves

 - did they play a one-and-one position

 - did they have an escape route

 - did they rotate fast enough

Information usage:

- Did they properly use all of the information given to me?

- Did they capitalize on their opponent's mistakes?

Ability usage:

- Did they use their abilities effectively or did they waste them?

Valorant - Round Economy:

-did they buy in an eco-round?

-did they buy correctly in an anti-eco round?

These are the must-have Valorant coaching tools as well as, the way to become a better Valorant coach.
